Pokemon: Pharaoh of Unova Chapter 7 A shaft of sunlight made its way through the flap in the tent and as the morning waned the thin line traveled across the pillow and right into the eyes of the trainer whose head was resting there.

"Nooo…" She groaned, rolling onto her stomach and pulling the pillow over her head.

"Gaach!" Gaiihl choked, finding that the shoulder he'd been sleeping on was now on top of him. "Crushing, crushing! You're crushing me!"

Kenzie gave a grumble in reply and lifted her shoulder just enough for him to claw his way out and collapse on the sleeping bag before having to reach back under to pry his mask out.

Pokemon: Pharaoh of Unova Chapter 6 "Alright! Use Energyball!"

Gaiihl once again summoned the glowing green ball of energy and hurled it at his opponent, the attack cut through the air with a gust of wind causing the leaves and grass to bend in its wake. The green ball slammed into the Purrloin's side and the purple cat-like Pokemon was sent hurtling backwards and into the trunk of a tree where it collapsed in a heap, eyes crossed comically.

"Y-you…y-ou're p-pretty….good at this…." It managed to meow as her trainer dashed to her side.

"Yeah!" Kenzie gave a little hop and gave Gaiihl a high five (though he was still new to the concept). "Not even half

Pokemon: Pharaoh of Unova Chapter 5 Gaiihl tightened his small hands into fists, tensing and loosening them as he waited for Kenzie's first command. Smugly smirked, widening his stance and waiting for his own trainer's command.

"Gaiihl! Use will-o-wisp!"

"Use wrap, Smugly!"

Already Gaiihl had the glowing ball of blue flames in his hand when Smugly darted forward, vines emerging from his back and wrapping the ghost uncomfortably tight. Suddenly and without warning numerous strips of gauze materialized from Gaiihl's ghostly form, snaking up the vines to wind themselves around Smugly. It didn't seem to do any damage, but it definitely surprised everyone

Gaiihl the Cofagrigus showing off. I decided that whenever he uses the move Shadow Ball, he points with his fingers and says 'Bang'. Even though he's supposed to be made of gold, I've decided to make him slightly flexible to help with expression and poses, somewhat like Bronzong which is supposed to be made of steel.

Since he lived in ancient times, all of this new technology sometimes overwhelms him, even making light without a fire is a marvel to him and he frequently amuses himself by turning the lights off and on. Though one of his favorite things is watching television, particularly westerns. Something about the vast plains and deserts the (Mil)'Tank-boys ride across on their Rapidash and Ponyta just reminds him of home.

I've fallen in love with Gaiihl. He's freaking great. And well thought-out. I love knowing these little details...especially the love of Westerns.

He's actually based on my awesome Cofagrigus in the game too! Right down to the nature and movesets, I can tell you now, no matter what game comes out he'll be on my team forever. <3 And if you like this, I've got a whole fanfiction written about him and my trainer character. XD It's 10 Chapters long and we're not even finished battling the first gym. It follows the storyline of the entire game.

Haha, I got tired of all of the scary Cofagrigus pictures. They have feelings too! And I absolutely adore my Gaiihl. I just submitted a fanfic earlier, the first chapter, that has 'our' Pokemon journey.
